The world renowned Pacific Northwest Ballet makes its Spokane debut

The prestigious Pacific Northwest Ballet makes its debut Friday and Saturday at the Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center. The Pacific Northwest Ballet, which has toured Europe, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Canada, will perform Kent Stowell's "White and Black Swan Pas de Deux from "Swan Lake," Jessica Lang's "The Calling," Jiri Kylian's "Petite Mort" and Twyla Tharp's "Sweet Fields."

Six wives trump one tyrannical king in award-winning musical at the First Interstate

If you believe that comedy is tragedy plus time, then “Six” is your musical. The Tony award-winning play is a modern retelling of the lives and executions of the six wives of King Henry VIII. The star-crossed wives, Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anna of Cleves, Katherine Howard and Catherine Parr, each tell their story to determine who suffered the most from their common husband.
