ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID AIRWAY HEIGHTS FIRE STATION Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk at City of Airway Heights, 13120 W. 13th Avenue, Airway Heights, WA 99001, for the construction of the Airway Heights Fire Station project. Sealed Bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time on April 30, 2024, and must be marked “Sealed Bids – Airway Heights Fire Station”. Sealed Supplemental Bid Form A-Part-1 must be received by 4:00 p.m. local time on April 30, 2024, and must be marked “Sealed Supplemental Bid Form A-Part-1 – Airway Heights Fire Station”. Bids received after this time will not be considered. Sealed Bids will be opened and publicly read at 3:00 p.m. on April 30, 2024. Sealed Supplemental Bid Form A-Part-2 must be received forty-eight hours after Base Bid is due. Project documents are available electronically at www.architectswestplans.com. Bidders may download digital files at no cost; Full or partial sets may be purchased at Bidders cost. Bidders are encouraged to register as a plan holder at www.architectswestplans.com, and select “Add me as a Plan Holder”. No bidder may withdraw his bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days.
